Beyond Fair Housing with instructor Michele Sloan with First Choice School of Real Estate will be held on January 25 at the Montgomery Bank Conference & Training Center in Jackson. 

Updated! Meets 2022-2024 MREC Renewal Requirement.

This 3-hour Core course includes an overview of the Federal Fair Housing Act, advertising, buyer "love letters", new interpretations of reasonable accommodations, Missouri Non-discrimination Act (MONA), the recent addition to the Code of Ethics – new standard of practice 10-5, web site content accessibility guidelines, litigation involving discriminatory practices and so much more. Lots going on out there – make sure you are in the loop!!

Tuesday, January 16, 2024 pricing will be $30 a person (3 hours of CE)
