She leads the KC Regional Housing Alliance and is building the National Housing Provider Coalition. A past Salesperson of the Year for both Missouri REALTORS® and the KC Regional Association of REALTORS®, and past Chair of 2 state committees, she currently serves as a State Director. She is also the Vice-Chair for the Property Management Forum and the Commercial Committee for the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).

Stacey champions the protections of private property rights, vigorously opposing erosive housing laws and anti-housing policies, including the recent so-called "tenant protection" laws. Her goal is for us to defend the future of property ownership and the American Dream.

Presentation: "Advocacy Master Class: How We Are Losing Our Properties To Government Regulation & How We Are Fighting Back!"

Can the government force your investor client to house renters for free? It happened during the Pandemic! Join Stacey Johnson-Cosby, The Wealth Builder, as she exposes the many alarming and continuing threats to private property rights stemming from the surge of anti-housing policies and tenant "protection" laws. She'll go into detail about the radical laws sweeping every part of our country. Brace yourself for a wake-up call on how these misguided policies can shatter the real estate market and erode property ownership as a rock-solid investment and pathway to generational wealth. Stacey unravels the potential consequences: diminished investment opportunities and restricted housing supply. Advocates: Learn what we can do to protect property ownership.

Thank you to the generous sponsorships from Southern Bank, MARIS, and Amerispec in helping us bring Stacey to this meeting and also thank you to David Soto and Amber Kimbrell in working to bring Stacey to this meeting.
