I have been in the residential mortgage business for 30+ years and now work for Classic Home Loans, A Division of Flanagan State Bank. I have a vast knowledge of many different financial products that are available, which in turn leads me to forming and nurturing partnerships and business relationships that can last a lifetime. Because of my many highly satisfied clients, I'm able to gain many referrals and repeat customers that need my services. I work with many different customers, including people with excellent credit to those that have been turned down by other lenders who have CREDIT CHALLENGES. I offer our customers hope and advise them on what they need to do in order to obtain the American dream of home ownership. We also offer credit repair services (certain conditions may apply) through the bank at no charge to the customer. We offer Down Payment Assistance (DPA) is forgivable. We offer very competitive rates and have our own staff of underwriters, processors and closers.
