Calendar of Board of Directors meetings
The Board of Directors meets the 4th Wednesday of each month from 10 am - 11:30 am. That meeting time is subject to change. See below for a list of dates currently reserved for meetings.

June 28th December 27th
We want you to be prepared as a board member. The 2022 Board of Directors just finished working on:
- 2023 Budget
- 2023-2024 Strategic Plan
- hiring a new accountant
Discussions still continue:
- on obtaining quotes for the roof and replacing it.
- on retaining employees and wages
- association sharing services
Southeast Missouri REALTORS Board members are highly encouraged to join a committee, complete the FairHaven simulation, and complete C2EX.

As a member of the BoD you may find that you need to review documents that relate to the governance of Southeast Missouri REALTORS®. You can find the by-laws, meeting minutes and the policies and procedure manual in the resources section of the InfoHub.
