Is your license active? Are you now seeking membership with this local association in addition to the National Association of REALTORS® and Missouri REALTORS®?
Follow the steps below:
Step
1.
Fill out the appropriate Southeast Missouri REALTORS® online application below for 2024 membership. Joining this local association will also grant you membership with the National Association of REALTORS® as well as Missouri REALTORS®
Secondary Membership is for individuals who currently hold primary membership with another local association and are already a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and Missouri REALTORS®
Step
2.
Fill out a MARIS Application for MLS services.
*Note: Please include your payment information and make sure the form is signed. MARIS will not add you to the system without these two things.
Once this form is filled out, you will need to send it to info@semo.realtor.
Step
3.
If you plan on needing access to the SentriLock Lockbox System, you will need to complete following eKey application as well.
Once you have completed these steps, wait to hear from Administrative Assistant, obert Brooks, to discuss setting up a meeting time at the association office. If you are not contacted by phone or email within 24 hours of applying, please call our office at 573-335-7969.
